Bhakti ("the App", "we", "us") is developed and operated by Lexcore Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. ("Lexcore"), a company incorporated in India. The App is part of the Cortina OS ecosystem and is provided as a devotional and spiritual-practice companion for the Hindu / Sanatan Dharma tradition.
Bhakti offers mantra jaap tracking, aarti and granth (scripture) text, a panchang/tithi calendar, guided sadhana (spiritual practice), and AI-generated features (AI Guru Saheb chat, daily rashifal, daily sandesh — see our AI & Religious Content Disclaimer). The App is a personal devotional tool. It is not a religious institution, not a temple, not an ordained priest, and does not perform any religious rite, diksha (initiation), or sacrament on your behalf. Nothing in the App constitutes religious authority, clergy, or a substitute for a qualified pandit, guru, or acharya of your own choosing for any matter of personal, family, or ritual significance.
Lexcore Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is a technology company, not a registered religious or charitable trust, math, temple body, or sampradaya. Bhakti does not solicit, accept, or process religious donations (daan, chanda, or similar) in any form, from India or abroad. Every payment you make in the App is a software subscription fee for app features, processed by Razorpay, and is treated as an ordinary commercial transaction under Indian consumer and tax law — not as a religious offering.
You must be able to form a binding contract under Indian law to use the App. Signing in with a real Google account is required to use the App, so that your jaap, streak, punya, and sadhana progress can be attached to your own account rather than only stored on one device (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your Google account secure. You may request account/data deletion at any time from Profile ("Reset local data" clears this device; write to us for full account/server-side deletion) or by contacting us.
Bhakti offers one free tier and five real recurring paid tiers, shown in-app on the Profile screen with their current price before you subscribe to any of them:
All paid tiers are real, recurring monthly subscriptions billed automatically via Razorpay until you cancel — they are not one-time purchases. You can cancel anytime from Profile; a cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current, already-paid billing period, and your paid tier remains active until that period ends. We do not store your card or UPI credentials — Razorpay processes and holds that data directly. Absent a specific refund we choose to offer, digital subscription purchases are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by Indian consumer-protection law. Prices may change for future billing periods with reasonable advance notice in-app; a price change never applies retroactively to a period you already paid for.
Do not use the App to harass, impersonate a real religious figure, generate content intended to incite communal, caste, or sectarian hatred, or to misrepresent AI-generated replies as the personal word of a real, living or historical religious authority. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse of the AI features, or attempts to circumvent rate limits or billing.
Scripture excerpts, mantras, and public-domain devotional texts are reproduced for devotional and educational use and remain in the public tradition they come from. App design, code, and original commentary are the property of Lexcore Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Lexcore makes no representation, promise, or guarantee — express or implied — about the spiritual, material, health, financial, or relationship outcomes of using this App, performing mantra jaap, following suggested sadhana, or acting on AI-generated guidance. Faith and spiritual practice are personal; the App supports your practice, it does not control or guarantee its results.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Lexcore's total liability arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months (or ₹0 if you are on the free tier). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of Lexcore Enterprises Pvt. Ltd.'s registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be flagged in-app.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, our Grievance Officer can be reached for any complaint about these Terms or App content at support@cortinainfinity.com. We aim to acknowledge grievances within a reasonable time and resolve them as promptly as we reasonably can.
