Your devotional practice, deity preferences, and questions to AI Guru Saheb can reveal your religious beliefs — a sensitive personal-data category under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. We collect only what a given feature needs to function, we do not sell this data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles for third parties.
Messages you send to AI Guru Saheb, your Rashi name, and your Sandesh mood are sent server-side to a large-language-model provider to generate a response — we do not send your account email or payment details to the AI provider. To operate core features, process payments, respond to support requests, improve the App, and meet legal obligations (e.g. tax records for payments).
Razorpay (for transactions only), our AI provider (for the specific message you send), and our hosting/database providers. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if legally required by an Indian court or authority.
Under the DPDP Act, you can request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data. Profile's "Reset local data" clears this device's copy immediately; to also delete your account and its server-stored devotional-practice/subscription data, write to us at the address in §11 and we will action it within a reasonable time.
We keep account and practice data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after deletion for backups and legal/tax records, then delete it.
The App is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.
We may update this Policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be flagged in-app.
