These Terms govern your use of Cortina AI Studio, operated by Lexcore Enterprises Private Limited. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Cortina AI Studio lets you generate, upscale, and edit images from text prompts using third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, and Replicate for select tools). We act as an intermediary — we do not develop, train, or control the underlying AI models themselves.
AI-generated images may be inaccurate, low-quality, or not match your prompt exactly. Results can vary between generations of the same prompt. You are solely responsible for reviewing generated images before using them for any purpose.
New accounts receive a limited number of free credits. Each generation, upscale, or edit consumes credits based on the tool used. Additional credits and higher monthly caps are available via paid plans (Starter through Business), billed via Razorpay. Plan prices and included credits are shown in the app at the time of purchase and may change with notice. Purchases are one-time credit/plan unlocks unless explicitly disclosed as a recurring subscription at checkout.
Refunds for an accidental or unauthorized charge follow the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020; contact cortinainfinity@gmail.com within 48 hours of the charge with your payment ID.
Do not use Cortina AI Studio to generate illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or infringing content, to impersonate real people without consent, or to violate any third-party AI provider's own usage policies (e.g. Google's, Replicate's). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the prompts you write. Subject to the underlying AI provider's own license terms and applicable law, you may use images you generate, but we make no warranty of originality or non-infringement of AI-generated content — you are responsible for confirming you have the right to use a generated image for your intended purpose, especially commercial use.
We are not liable for decisions or commercial use based on AI-generated images. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
