Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sarthi mobile application ("App", "Service"), operated by Lexcore Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Sarthi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Sarthi is an AI-assisted business and finance insight platform for Indian SMBs, offering a catalog of engines (including Equities, Mutual Funds, Business Strategy, Marketing, Infra/Trading, Ask the Board, Marketing Copy, HR & Hiring Copilot, and Working Capital Forecast) powered internally by Google's Gemini and Anthropic's Claude models, presented under the "Cortina Core" brand.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law to use Sarthi. The Service is designed for use by individuals and businesses in India, and is provided on an as-available basis to users elsewhere.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lexcoreenterprises.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans, Credits & Payment

Sarthi operates on a credit system across Free, Pro, and Premium plans, each with different engine access and monthly credit allotments.
New accounts receive a one-time welcome credit grant on the Free plan.
Pro and Premium plans are recurring subscriptions billed via Razorpay. Prices are as displayed in-app at time of purchase and may change with notice.
Credits are consumed per engine run at the cost displayed before you confirm the run. Unused credits do not carry a cash value and are non-transferable.
Except where required by Indian consumer-protection law, subscription fees and consumed credits are non-refundable. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case — contact support@lexcoreenterprises.com.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. AI-Generated Content — Not Professional Advice. Every output Sarthi produces — including equity/market commentary, business strategy, marketing copy, HR guidance, and working-capital forecasts — is generated by third-party AI models (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) based on the information you provide and general knowledge available to those models. It is provided "as is," for informational and educational purposes only.

Sarthi's outputs are not financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice. Lexcore Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, Investment Adviser, or Portfolio Manager, does not manage client funds, does not execute trades, and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any output. Market and financial data used by early-stage engines may be incomplete, generalized, or delayed.

You are solely responsible for any decision made based on Sarthi's output. Always verify independently and consult a qualified, licensed professional (a SEBI-registered adviser for investment matters, a chartered accountant for tax matters, a lawyer for legal matters) before acting.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Sarthi for any unlawful purpose, or to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models, prompts, or system architecture
Circumvent the credit system, share accounts to bypass tier limits, or abuse the API through automated/bulk querying outside normal use
Use outputs to present yourself as a SEBI-registered adviser or licensed professional
Interfere with the Service's security, availability, or integrity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Sarthi app, its design, branding, and underlying technology are the property of Lexcore Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Outputs generated for you through your own queries are yours to use for your personal or business purposes; we do not claim ownership of your query content or the resulting output beyond what is needed to operate and improve the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

Sarthi relies on third-party providers — Google (Gemini API), Anthropic (Claude API), and Razorpay (payments) — each governed by their own terms. Our Privacy Policy details what data is shared with each and why.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Lexcore Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including financial loss, lost profits, or business decisions — arising from your use of, or reliance on, Sarthi's AI-generated outputs. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lexcore Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent activity, with notice where reasonably possible.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Sarthi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gaya, Bihar, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice or email. Continued use of Sarthi after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
