FIX AI turns a photo of something broken into a step-by-step repair plan, using AI photo analysis.
To analyze your photos and generate a repair diagnosis, steps, materials list, and answers to follow-up questions; to show your local scan history; and, if you sign in, to sync your account.
Photos and repair-related text you submit are shared with our AI processing provider solely to generate your diagnosis. We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
All data in transit between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Scan history is stored on your device and can be cleared by clearing app data or uninstalling. If you created an account via Google Sign-In, you may request account deletion by emailing us.
FIX AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at cortinainfinity@gmail.com for any such request.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
