These Terms govern your use of AI Council, operated by Lexcore Enterprises Private Limited. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
AI Council provides access to multiple third-party AI language models through a single interface. We act as an intermediary/aggregator — we do not develop, train, or control the underlying AI models themselves.
AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. AI Council is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before relying on it or acting on it.
Free-tier usage is limited (rate/quota capped). Council Pro (currently ₹499, subject to change with notice) is a one-time purchase billed via Razorpay that unlocks Pro-tier model access to your account — it does not currently auto-renew or recur; if that changes to a recurring subscription in the future, we will clearly disclose the renewal terms before you pay and give you an easy way to cancel.
Refunds for an accidental or unauthorized charge follow the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020; contact cortinainfinity@gmail.com within 48 hours of the charge with your payment ID.
Do not use AI Council to generate illegal content, harass others, infringe intellectual property, or violate any third-party AI provider's own usage policies (e.g. OpenAI's, Anthropic's). We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of prompts you write. AI-generated output is provided "as-is"; where the underlying model's license permits, you may use the output, but we make no warranty of originality or non-infringement of AI-generated content.
Never claim AI Council output is from a human professional. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI output. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
